Terminal two no audio at all

I have a licence for aster but Im having sound problems on terminal two where no sound cards are displayed for either terminal on aster while is being displayed on it theres no way of uninstalling my settings and theres an issue when resetting my system that no changes are made. I would like to know of any quick fixes or solutions that I could try.
System:
Dell Xps 2011 i7 cpu
Intel graphics 4600 8gb Hdmi/Dp
Nvidia gtx 645 1gb Hdmi/Dp/dvi
1tb memory
Ram 3gb extra
System does not register aster having any sound on terminal two for all displays when opening aster on terminal two but on terminal one everything is good except sound is assigned to T2 and does not work.
